2016-17 Mark Barberio Set 2 Road (KSE/Avalanche)

This is Mark Barberio's game worn Set 2 Road sweater from the 2016-17 season.

This game worn sweater exhibits very light wear, but one nice team repair. 100th Anniversary patched.. Barberio joined the Avs blue line in February of 2017 coming over from the Montreal Canadiens.  Barberio scored his first goal as an Avalanche in this sweater at NJ on my birthday 2/14/17.  Barberio only wore #45 until the end of the season.. The 2017-18 campaign saw him change numbers and wear #44.

2017-18 Tyson Barrie Set 2 Road (KSE Avalanche)

This is Tyson Barrie's set 2 road game worn sweater from the 2017-18 season.  This game worn sweater exhibits great wear with several team repairs on both arms and one on the right shoulder.  The sweater is photomatched to Tyson's franchise record setting 5 points in a game for an Avalanche defenseman vs the Vancouver Canucks in February 2018. Barrie scored 1 goal and added 4 assists in the game.  It was a memorable game as the Avalanche erased a 3 goal deficit to win the game in overtime..

2017-18 Samuel Girard Global Series Set (KSE/Avalanche)

This is Sam Girard's game worn jersey from the second game of the 2017 NHL Global Series on November 11th, 2018 vs the Ottawa Senators in Stockholm, Sweden.  The Avalanche who were leading Game 2, 3-2 after 2 periods, wound up losing another close one, 4-3..  Girard logged 22:39 in ice time in the game, but did not factor in on the scoring sheet.

Sam Girard is an exciting, smooth skating rookie defenseman.  Girard came over from the Nashville Predators to the Colorado Avalanche in a 3 way deal that saw Matt Duchene head to the Senators, and Kyle Turris to the Predators.  The 19 year old Girard is destined to be a future star on the Avalanche blue line for years to come.  I am very excited to add a rookie game worn sweater of his to my collection.

2017-18 Nail Yakupov Global Series Set (KSE/Avalanche)

This is Nail Yakupov's Global Series home set that he wore against the Ottawa Senators on Novemvber 10th, 2017 in the NHL Global Series in Stockholm, Sweden.  This sweater is the new Adidas style on ice sweater.  This sweater is mostly pristine as would be expected from a one game worn sweater.  Yak opened the scoring in the game at 8:16 of the 1st period with a power play goal assisted by Alexander Kerfoot and Colin Wilson. The Avalanche lost the game to the Ottawa Senators by the score of 4-3 in overtime. I am very excited to add this sweater to my Avalanche game worn sweater collection.

2003-04 Alex Tanguay Set 3/Playoffs Road Set (MeiGray)

This is Alex Tanguay's Set 3/Playoffs Road Sweater from the 2003-04 season. The game use on this 3rd Set game worn sweater consists of some very nice stick marks, board burns, paint transfer and heavy inner pilling.  Tanguay wore this sweater late in the 2003-04 season and into the Stanley Cup playoffs. Tanguay won the Stanley Cup with the Avalanche in 2001 and scored 283 goals and 863 points in his very successful NHL career.

Very solid game wear exhibited on this Tanguay sweater
