2015-16 Alex Tanguay Alt 3rd Set 1 (KSE/Avalanche)

This is Alex Tanguay's inaugural alternate set 1 jersey from 2015-16. This set of alternates were the first set of the current alternates that the Avalanche have been wearing for the last 8 seasons.  This first set of alternates were worn between 10/24/2015 -12/31/2015.  Tanguay didn't play especially well in this jersey only registering two assists in the 6 games he wore the sweater. The sweater exhibits light game use with some pilling in the hem and one very nice team repair on the sleeve. The Colorado Avalanche 20th Anniversary patch adorns the right chest of the jersey.  Very excited to add another Tanguay who is Stanley Cup Champion to my collection.

2000-01 Alex Tanguay Set 2 Road (Avalanche Team LOA) Stanley Cup Season

This is Alex Tanguay's set 2 road sweater from the 2000-01 Avalanche championship season.  Tanguay had a memorable post season that year and is also credited with the game winning goal in game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals vs Martin Brodeur and the NJ Devils.  It is always amazing to add a Stanley Cup champion's sweater to your collection, especially an Avs' legend like Tanguay.  The sweater is my third 2000-01 SC season sweater and will go nicely with my Milan Hejduk and Chris Drury sweaters from the same championship year.

2001 NHL All Star Game patch displayed prominently on the right chest of the sweater. The game was played in Denver, CO at the Pepsi Center on 2/4/2001

2005-06 Alex Tanguay Set 2 Home (MeiGray)

This is Alex Tanguay's Set 2 home sweater from the 2005-06 season.  The sweater exhibits terrific game wear with stick marks, puck marks, board burns, unprepared holes and major pilling in the rear hem. This season would prove to be Tanguay's last with the Avs in his first stint with the Avalanche. Tanguay scored 29 goals and added 49 assists for 78 points that season.. He was traded to the Calgary Flames in the offseason for picks that never really panned out.. Turned out to be a bad decision for the Avalanche organization.. I am very excited to add another Tangs to my collection.. IT'S ALWAYS GREAT TO ADD ANOTHER AVS' STANLEY CUP CHAMPION TO MY COLLECTION!

The beautiful 10th Anniversary patch adorns the right chest of the sweater. This is by far my favorite Avalanche patch

2013-14 Alex Tanguay Set 1 Home Sweater (MeiGray)

This is Alex Tanguay's set 1 burgundy home sweater from his return to the Colorado Avalanche in 2013-14. The sweater has been matched to loose threads on front of the shirt to early games in the season. Very light wear consisting of a few small board burns on the sleeves. Tanguay scored 1 goal and added 5 assists in 6 games while wearing this home sweater at the Pepsi Center.  It was a season to forget for Tanguay as he was injured for most of the 2013-14 season.

I am always happy to add another game worn sweater from this Avs legend and Stanley Cup champion...

1999-00 Alex Tanguay Set 2 Home Rookie Season (Avalanche Team LOA)

This is Alex Tanguay's set 2 home sweater (rookie season) from 1999-2000 season. Tanguay enjoyed a fine rookie campaign for the Avalanche notching 17 goals and 34 assists for 51 points.  This sweater exhibits fabulous wear throughout and is a great representation of the Pro Player mesh sweaters that the Avalanche wore for 1 season..

Set 2 marking on fight strap with initials of someone,, maybe the equipment manager?
